The goal of this summer school (in its fifth edition) is to gather young scientists (graduate students, post-docs) and senior scientists working in the field of ambient noise imaging through a multidisciplinary approach including geophysics, underwater acoustics, ultrasonics and wave physics in general. A series of classes will be given by the invited lecturers and time is scheduled for presentation of the attendants (poster and oral communications).

The school is supported by F-image and PACIFIC.
F-image and PACIFIC have received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No 742335 and 776622 respectively.

Applicants will be selected upon their research interest, their academic level (PhD students, Post-docs, Research Associate…), and, eventually, their publication list. Priority is given to young researchers. Applicants are encouraged to present a poster (time will be devoted for the posters) or/and short oral presentations (note that a limited number of slots will be scheduled).

Selected applicants will be contacted to complete:
Personal information: accommodation in Cargese, personal diet, travel information (from and to Ajaccio airport)
Registration fees: 600 euros (400 euros for students).

Registration fees include accommodation, on a shared room basis, in Cargese, from Sunday night (15th September) to Saturday morning (10th September), lunches at the Institute, coffee breaks, bus transportation from Ajaccio airport to Cargese (round-trip) and a BBQ on Thursday evening at the Institute.
